I'm Telling Ya is trained at Mornington by Amy Johnston who has had a high opinion of this colt since purchasing him at the 2015 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale for the bargain price of $20,000.

The Reward For Effort colt is out of the Success Express mare, Rapid Sensation, who was a three time winner and Group 2 placed during her career.
