Exciting Weekend For TBB Purchases Relations

This weekend marks the biggest weekend of TBB to date with relations to two of the young bloodstock agent's purchases racing in important races across the weekend.

Angelic Light (Holy Roman Emperor), a half sister to See Me Flash (Sebring), will run in the Group 1 Moir Stakes over 1000m at Moonee Valley on Friday night. See Me Flash was purchased by TBB for Oxley Island Thoroughbreds out of the Inglis August Thoroughbred Sale.

Angelic Light is already a Group 2 winner but a win at the top level will certainly priovide See Me Flash with a significant pedigree update.

There is a stellar field assembled for the Moir including, Australian Champion Buffering, International Group 1 winner Sterling City, and unbeaten filly Petits Filous.

Trainer, Robbie Griffiths, is bullish about Angelic Light's chances after her impressive trial where she finished a close second to Lankan Rupee where both horses just cruised through.

The other significant race is the Poseidon Stakes over 1400m at Flemington on Turnbull Stakes day, with Faatinah running for David Hayes and Tom Dabernig. Faatinah is a half brother to the Adam O'Neill trained, Rawoof (Lonhro).

Rawoof was a private purchase for clients of O'Neill's who have already had some significant pedigree updates since purchasing the mare. Faatinah went on to win his first start and Rawoof's half sister, Jalsah, has thrown a winner with Salamaat winning at Seymour.

Faatinah has had two starts in what was a win and a very close second placing to the highly regarded Mr Individual. Stable jockey, Michael Walker, has been booked to ride the three-year-old.

It is an exciting weekend for connections of Rawoof and See Me Flash and for TBB who keep taking giant leaps forward.
