Major Breakthrough

Canadian Major broke through for another win at Seymour on Saturday after showing some good form.

The Commands gelding went into his usual position during a race, the second half of the field, and hen when they rounded the turn was pushed out wide and got the run down the outside in what was a brilliant ride by Steven Pateman.

It was another nice win for the ownership group headed by Mayford Park's Bruce Maya who have seen their charge in some form as of late so it is nice for them to get another win.

It Was Canadian Major's fifth win in 27 starts, taking his prize money over $60,000.
