Another Pedigree Update For Rawoof

Salamaat looked very impressive breaking his maiden on Wednesday at Seymour in the 1400m, Rytec Lighting PTY LTD Maiden Plate. At his third start the gelded son of Reaan, travelled well throughout under Michael Walker and looked to get caught behind horses on the turn. Walker then steered him out of trouble across heels and he streamed past them to win by a length. Bred and retained to race by Shadwell, Salamaat, is out of the Elusive Quality mare, Jalsah. who is out of another Shadwell mare in Alqwah. That makes Jalsah a half sister to Rawoof, who Todd Blum Bloodstock purchased privately for Adam O'Neill Racing. That is the second significant pedigree update for Rawoof since the purchase, w

Faatinah is out of the Danehill mare Alqwah, which makes him a half brother to the now Adam O'Neill trained filly, Rawoof. Rawoof was purchased privately, in a deal brokered by Todd Blum Bloodstock, from Ponderosa Park who purchased her from Shadwell. Rawoof has only had the one career start to date but has been impressing O'Neill who is giving the young mare plenty of time to develop. "It was gre
